We got many mails across the globe regarding biogas purification and compression unit. The profile of 400m3 compressed biogas plant is herewith mentioned for better understand and minimising the enquiry in this regards.

1. Cost of biogas digester, purification plant and bottling unit: Rs.80 lakhs
2. Purified gas (Methane/CNG) production per day: 170kg
3. Bio-mannure production per day: 1.5 Ton
4. CDM benefits per annum: 1200 CER
5. Annual earnings from bottled gas: Rs.18.60 lakhs
6. Annual earnings from bio-manure:Rs.16.20 lakhs
7. Annual earnings from CDM @10Euro/CER: Rs.7.20 lakhs
8. Expenditures per annum including raw materials, salary, consumables, maintainance, interest etc: Rs.20.00 lakhs
9. Subsidy from MNRE: 40% of project cost
10. Payback period: 3-4 years

We offer turnkey contract services to set up the plant and preparing Detailed Project Report (DPR) by highly qualified and experienced consultants. The data in the report are reliable and up-to-date collected from suppliers and manufacturers. As we want to promote this technology in larger scale for serving to set up the plant on turnkey basis, we are charging INR.11,030/- (USD500) including service tax @10.30% for Detailed Project Report (DPR) and Rs.2,00,000/- for process knowledge, training to your personnel and turnkey contract services. One can get a grant of INR.100,000/- from MNRE for DPR preparation.

CDM benefits per annum: 1200 CER what it means of
and the total cost of the project you said that 80lakhs but 40% subsidy will provide through mner so is it requires only that remaining amount or with subsidy also we invest 80 lakhs

Carbon Development Mechanism (CDM) benefits can be availed in this project as this will replace fossile fuels with renewable energy. The total project cost is Rs.80 lakhs. Subsidy is maximum 40%, minimum promoters invest 20% and rest is the maximum term loan.

Steps for Project Implemmentation

Dear Sirs,

Please find the steps followed for the implementation of the project.

1. Company registration
2. Printing of Letter Head and rubber stamps of the company
3. Survey for biomass assessment
4. Preparing Detailed Project Report
5. Registration at DIC
6. Registration of Land which will be used for the purpose
7. Developing a approved Map/ sketch of the land
8. Contact your bank for loan purpose

You will prepare the following documents for the loan purpose.
1. Your Asset and liability
2. Balance Sheet and Profit Loss Statement for last three consecutive years
3. Your Net worth at present
4. Document w.r.t. sources of promoters' contribution
5. Your Family history describing the activity of all the family member and relatives
6. Proof of Collateral security which you can place to bank

Besides this you will require the following documents/ designed papers for further proceeding and approvals / clearances from different departments. We can render our services for developing the required documents.

1. Preparing and approval of Civil Drawing and Estimation
2. Preparing Plant Layout
3. Preparing and approval of Electrical Layout and Estimation
4. Preparing Process Layout
5. Application to State Electricity department along with drawing and estimation
6. Clearance from State Pollution Control board along with all designed documents
7. Consent letter from Government to set up an industrial unit along with all designed documents
8. Approval of constructional activity and building plan from local authority
9. Clearances from Central Ground Water Board

Besides these you will also require following documents.
1. MoU with Farmers/ organisations to supply biomass
2. MoU with Industries/ Commercial consumers to purchase the Bottled biogas

Our charges for turnkey consultancy services for design, engineering, drawing, prepare all required technical documents and supporting documents, selection of technology, selection of vendors for different equipments/ machineries, supervising at manufacturer’s site, supervising and coordinating during erection and commissioning, preparing O&M manual etc. will be Rs.500,000/- plus service tax @12.36%.

For DPR the charges will be Rs.28090/- including service tax. To place the order for DPR, you have to transfer/ deposit the funds in our current account and can had the soft copy of your DPR within 7-10 days.
