| Prateek Singh | Sir, I am planning cultivation of dutch roses under wooden shade net with sides open. I have black clayey soil on my 2.5 acre land situated near udaipur rajasthan (avg temp. 45-5C summer-winter). Also the land has been never cultivated and its ph is too high 9.15 while water has 7.8 ph . So i am planning to add gypsum into it and hoping to improve it. So i want to know about what precautions i should undertake to make dutch roses success in half open shade net on my land. Sir, i cannot bear polyhouse of even 0.5 acre. As its too costly, but can plant roses in my 2.5 acre and a shade net with wooden poles. Hence i am doing this. I am an mechanical engineer graduate age 23. I purchased this land for growing roses only under polyhouse, but now our govt. Has reduced subsidy amount from 75% to 50%. So my whole planning went wrong. And so now i am persuing with shade net (white long sheets as used under poly houses). So i humbly request you to draw your scientific views , advice and suggestions to me regarding this. | Naveen | Hyderabad | Hi All, I am having 5 Arc of land at Yadherigutta Telangana and wanted to apply for Drip Irrigation by availing Gov Subsidy for growing vegetables and got the application farms and filled it but they required to get Surpanch and Grampanchayat Secretary Sign in the attached farm and it have been 6 to 7 months keep on rooming back of them to get there signature but they are not keeping it due to which i am unable to apply for Subsidy all my land documents are true and up to date paid current bill , water bill, municipal bill but still they keep on saying me will do it but till date they haven’t done as they are expecting something as a amount to get it signed which i refused to give so surpanch he keep on saying me yes will sign it i am not saying will not sign but he never done that for this many months, he keep on making me weight for him for hours and now after months also he is not signing when asking I have all the papers right then why are you not signing he just says unless he sign the paper it will not go any further so just think about it and come i will sign when asking Secretary to get atleast his sign shown all my papers he say to talk with surpanch take his sign and come then I will do mine. The one thing I got to know is even after having all the papers right we are unable to get the subsidy just because of such people how say they work for people but won’t let the files move unless there hands are wet. I did not get were to go and raise my voice just browsing got to get here if some one can help me it will be very helpful or it’s the only way I can get my subsidy is by wetting there hands.
