Over time I have become ever increasingly involved in the Commodities Markets and very much so with Vegetable Oils. As I am always interested in new, advantageous sources of various Veg. Oils, today , standard Procedures and on a Professional level. Hence, I would like to attain more information (Procedures, Payment Terms, Pricing, Add-On Commission Policy, etc…) to learn if we may be able to pursue possible sales not only in the future but right now also. I respect both of our valued time so for proving all the requests come from my side is real, We can continue talking more later after you can check with their Bank Confirmation Letter, which they already have with. Now? Yes, the following requests want and need to close As Soon As Possible: - USA: RSFO 1000MT X 12(PET BOTTLES) - Turkey : CSFO 6000MT X 12 - Romania: RSFO 2000MT X 12 - Croatia: CDRO 37500MT X 12 Will start with and accept less, but desires full amount. - Poland: RSFO 500MT X 12 * Current LOI’s are available for each. * In addition, their are a number of other requests that need to be fulfill, all of which we can address if we can move forward. -Target Price My Target price should be in b/w ________$/MT(RSFO) according to the various orgin of oil. I am ready to send over LOI’s to you right now and will immediately once you can give me a bit more information. -Can a Port of Arrival payment be done? Our buyers has some past bitter experience from Ukraine and Russia, So if the orgin of oil is from these two countries most of the buyers prefer payment at the port of arrival. MT 103 or DLC/BG should be the payment mode they preferred for these scenario. Payment Through Auto revolving Bank Guarantee (via) 100%SBLC against SGS inspection at Arrival port. What about EUR1, T2L certifications? Can the supplier be able to issue the EUR1, T2L certification which could be useful for most of the European Buyers as they get an exception from Tax. - What is the Policy of the Supplier / Refiner concerning Added-On Commissions? “100% pay-back of the amount added-on”, but I need to verify that with you. That will then determine what price to include in the SCO / Contract. - Anti-Foaming Agent added: I see within the Specifications that an Anti-Foaming Agent is used - DiMethyl PolyCyloxine. My American Buyer wants to make sure that an Anti-Foaming Agent is included and the other Veg. Oils they have sold include Methyl Silicone. If there is no difference between the two, then fine, using the DiMethyl PolyCyloxine will be fine. - Can you confirm this? - Kosher Certification: The American Buyer requires (one of their Big End-Buyers insists) requires Kosher Certification. This can be the lowest level, it doesn’t matter. IF the Refiner does not have this (which some do not), then this US Buyer is ready and expecting to pay for the Certification to take place. I have organized this for other European Food Producers so I know who to contact and what is involved. Now, you may not want me to organize it because of “Circumvention”. Understood. Fine. The Buyer will pay the Kosher Agency and you will tell them who to contact. And the Certificate that is issued will be “Sanitized” (without Refiners name / address) and the Buyer can confirm with the Kosher Agency that the Certificate is real and everything is in place. - NCNDA - IMFPA? Concerning Circumvention and Commissions, I am ready to exchange a NCNDA / IMFPA Document with you (and possibly others who are involved). I can send you one but if you\'d prefer to use yours, please send it to me and I will immediately return it. - MOQ: - What is the Minimum Order Quantity for the normal price level? *For REFINED SUNFLOWER OIL *REFINED SOYBEAN OIL *REFINED PALM OIL *REFINED CORN OIL *CRUDE DEGUMMED RAPESEED OIL - Pricing: Yes, you’ve mentioned the RSFO and CDRO prices. What price levels are presently in-place : *For REFINED SUNFLOWER OIL *REFINED SOYBEAN OIL *REFINED PALM OIL *REFINED CORN OIL *CRUDE DEGUMMED RAPESEED OIL - What are the Additional Charges for DDP Terms instead of CIF? I have requests for CDRO (Bulk) and RSFO (bottled) with DDP delivery (as well as CIF) to Poland, Slovakia, Czech Rep. and Romania. - What is the additional cost? $20/MT? $30/MT? - Is a visit to the Refinery possible? - At the least, can you confirm that a visit at the time of loading / time of SGS inspection of loading is possible? - What Bank is being used? *** As soon as I receive your reply, I will then send off the LOI’s I have immediately available and in addition I will inform my other Buyers that we are able to work with you and then they’ll promptly send their LOI’s to me also.
