Land size may vary from 0.25 to 7.5 acres, depending on price, laws to be complied with, suitability to purpose etc.Would look at the larger acreage if professionally managed contract farming services available. 6.Access : Location close to mainline express train railhead and approachable by road suitable for a small car. 6. Must be located in a state in India where any Indian can buy agricultural land, and area purchased strictly conforms to land use laws and restrictions. Preference examples : Uttarakhand, Tamilnadu, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra.. States such as Himachal Pradesh,Karnataka, Maharashtra, J&K, have to be ruled out. | suri_v |
