Hello,How to extract wine from red beetroot i large i hav large quantity of beet root can any one help me

It is same as other wine preparation but wine is prepared from sour fruits like cashew,grape and etc but the problem is TSS of beet root is high or beet root is sweeter so u need to spend lot in bringing back its TSS so do consult some wine researcher in GKVK, u will get some detail information.
