Oyster mushroom shelf-life is 4 days max and mushroom market is very unpredictable. I had bad experience in selling this. I feel button mushroom only has steady market. Oyster mushroom is very fragile and many households do not use it. Button mushroom is mostly used for cooking in hostels and its tastes fine too
