Apart from annual average temperature, I would like to know what is the lowest temperature in the region. Being hilly region I don't expect the temperature to rise higher than 40 degree.
I wanted to suggest stevia crop for your land. Stevia can survive in the range of 5 to 40 degree. I would encourage to learn more about Stevia on Google.
If you need any personal help, please feel free to call me on 9970044228. We stand as solution for Stevia plantation projects.

Do you know the technology and process to make Chenninayakam from Aloe vera? Can you set up a production unit that can produce 500-1000 kg Chenninayakam per week, to be located in AP-Karnataka border area (Bangalore-Hyderabad highway side). Can you give a quick indication about total investment required for building, plant and machinery? Land around 10 acres is available, with direct entry to the Highway, with around 200 metre highway frontage. Please mail the basic information requested to E: greenlandfns@gmail.com

There are many exclusive High Value Corps-HVC (including exotic Herbs, Spices etc) that command high prices which can be cultivated in your land in Nepal, instead of the crowd crops-crops that are already being done too much in India and other parts of the world that leads to flooding of market. We have our associates already in Nepal (Kathmandu) and they can provide necessary assistance to you. If you want to get further details about our HVC-Multi Crop Organic System of Cultivation, please see our diverse posts in this site (greenlandfns), and mail us with your land details and land photos or videos to get basic details about possibilities of HVCs that can be cultivated in your land in Nepal. First of all assess the local demand for medicinal herbs in Nepal.
You can take up cultivation of essential oils , medicinal plants like stevia, safed musli, Satavari etc
Go for farm forestry and in between you can take up cultivation of herbal plants
