I would like to plan Teak in 10 acres land, Is there any hybrid teak?. currently I have mango trees, no yield at all, please suggest me

Teak

Please contact your district forest office, Social forestry, procure teak plants on free of cost. Plant all teak in 3mtrsX1.5 mtr spacing after removing all mango.
the average annual income after 20 years is Rs.50,000/- if you spend Rs.20,000/-over two initiative years.
intensive cultivation by 3 tractor ploughings and good manuring is must for getting good income.
