Coconut trees are the main tree in Kerala. We are planting all most all trees, plants and herbs in between our coconut trees. I don't know where is your land. If you want any service from Agriculture information, provide all details to get real services, like a patient with doctor. Plant banana plants without touching leaves in between, than plant yam without touching the leaves of yam in between. no problem to touch the banana plant. Finally where ever you can see the land, when you look down, plant turmeric, ginger and other creeping plants. Now you can't see the land by looking down. This is called mixed plantation by "Zero budget natural farming" system (Kindly go to the web and facebook friends to make "Jeevemrutham" to apply your land) Avoid all kinds of chemicals to get good result.
