Question What is the price of the dried oyster per kg

I am started the first few steps of cultivation of oyster mushroom. i wish to know what is the process for drying the mushroom and what is the best average price which a wholesaler will pay for the dried mushroom for per kg.

Thank your for your valuable information. Is drying to the direct sun lights........ will it be okay for the oyster.

or should i cut it into smaller pieces of a single petal like into 3 or 4 pieces

You can dry it in sun, if you have large quantitiy approach the nearest KVK for the best poosible technique
