Shweta,
While searching for the most suitable ,profitable and commercially viable type of crop in current market i actually came across this crop.
By suitable means fit for my kind of land which is not of very fertile type.
Milk thristle has market in jodhpur and Neemuch mandi.
Doesn't require much weeding and watering and is of 5-6 month duration.
The main export market happens to be Europe specially Germany.

This is the data i gathered.Any other information will be immensely helpful, especially the crop eceonomics:rolleyes:

This crop requires full or partial sunlight and well-drained soil. It is an annual plant with white flowers. It can be cultivated by seed in full sunlight and well-drained soil, and support is required when the seedling is 3"-4" high. Pruning after flowering season is needed. The plants’ dried fruits are used in skin disorders like vitiligo.
