We are planning to purchase teak saplings and need an estimate and our lands are located near Hosur. What is the cost of the each sapling? sapling size at the time of delivery? The needed quantity could be around 5000 saplings.

Dear Sir,

As you want to grow Teak as commercial benefits, go for tissue cultured teak instead of germinated seedlings / teak stumps. Their average maturity time is about 30-40 years. By planting tissue cultured teak plants, at least you would get its minimum yield in 10 years (80% sapwood and 20% heartwood). Even though you will get min of 30 lakhs per acre. We can supply you tissue cultured teak saplings from the laboratory at very affordable cost ( of course it would be very less comparing with private resellers). tissue culture teak plants

Going for Tissue cultured teak plants is always the best option as the growth is uniform unlike stumps. The yield is from 8th year onwards. You can go through the comparative statements posted in this forum & also detailed information regarding the same.
