We have around 2500 coconut trees (aged 15 to 20 years), 200 mango trees (aged 6 to 10 years), 350 sappota (aged 3 to 6 years), 150 Nellikkai trees (aged 4 to 5 years), 50 lemon trees (aged 4 to 5 years), 20 sweet lime trees (aged 5 years), 25 pomogranate trees (aged 5 years), 50 date trees (aged 5 years), 10 sandalwood trees (4 years), 30 bamboo trees (aged 4 years), 150 teakwood trees (aged 6 to 10 years) + other 500 trees. Some Trees cannot be cut during leasing period.
We have a dairy farm with 28 milching cows (average yield per cow 10 litres, 15 KVA Generator) and fully developed cow sheds to accomodate 200 cows with water facilities (mechanised milking).
We are ready to lease 34 acres of which 24 acres is fully fenced, around 10 acres is a vacant land.
Green fodder for cows can be cultivated in the lands and biogas plants, byproducts from the dairy farm can be produced by bringing to our knowledge and by understanding. Suitable for fish cultivation and poultry.
