Wanted partner with land for heliconia flowers cultivation in Dapoli/khed/Mandangad/Chiplun.

We are looking for a partner who owns land in Dapoli/khed/mandangad/chiplun with infrastructure like fencing, water and electricity.
All the planting materials will be provided free of cost. The commercially important planting material costs from 500 to 2500 rupees per one plant. We are ready to plant heliconias worth 25 lakhs in five years.
The partner has to arrange all other amenities like irrigation facilities’ etc.etc. Except planting materials.
The labor charges will be shared for the cultivation and related expenses and profit can be divided on agreed terms.
In a well managed plot, 2 to 4 lakhs rupees worth flowers from one acre can be produced.
Genuinely interested parties, those who own land in the said area are welcome. We are not interested in any other parts of India for the time being.
We can club so many activities with this later, if everything goes smooth.
