Here are the details on rubber land cultivation:

land price per acre + cultivation+one year maintenance =12,000,00.
after five years of cultivation maintenance charge per acre=3,00,000.
After 6 years per acre you will get return income per year 4,00,000 or it may be more.
you just invest,we take the risk of purchasing the land suitable for you near highways and we also provide you the space in the farm to construct farm house so that you can spend your weekend over there.
