Wanted healthy tips to double the growth of teak plant.

I have around 500 no. Of Teak plant. I planted 10 years before. But till now there is no satisfactory growth of plant. Today the diameter is around half feet. Please give some healthy tips so that growth will be double. Is there any fertilizer for quick growth.
