I need cheap farmland near Bangalore but across the state in Tamilnadu (Hosur, Shoolagiri, Denkanikotta, Bagalur, Berikai etc.), as I belong to Tamilnadu and am not permitted to buy farmland in Karnataka.
My intention is to settle down after retirement (I am a retired Public Sector officer) and do farming, as well as to establish an animal centre for stray dogs and cats for my daughters.
For this purpose, I require cheap land (1 to 3 lakhs per acre, may consider higher offers in suitable location). I would prefer higher elevations like Shoolagiri, as higher land will be cheaper.
I shall be grateful for any guidance/offers/assistance from members in helping me locate suitable land within my limited budget.
