Agri land in Kolli hills
Hi friends
One of my friend from Nammakal told about Kolli hills. Land in Kolli hills are suits for Coffee/Pepper and silver oak tree. But he told the land cost around 2 lakhs per acre. Please let me know, is it true? He knows this information from one of the kolli hills person.
There is 2 types of land document are available, one is theeKa patta and another is ayan patta (sorry if the misspell).
Theeka patta is only purchase by the tribal (ST caste) people and ayan paata can purchase by any person. So Theeka patta we can get for less price but ayan patta starts from 1.5 onwards...
Please if anybody know the details please share...
