wanted family for farming in Raigad district (Maharashtra)on profit sharing basis

I have two acre of land in Pali Taluka Sudhagad District Raigad.I need to develop this land but I do not have manpower.I need somebody who knows the farming & who can stay there .I am ready to invest but he has to work hard to get the output.I am ready to share 50% profit to these people.
Please suggest if you know some one who can stay & work in the farm.

We are interested to take up the project subject to the following:

We are from Andhra Pradesh and have to relocate to Maharashtra Two acres is too small area for us, we are looking at minimum of around 10 acres, if you can arrange / provide us neighboring lands we can have a discussion.

Secondly, how is ground water availability, it should be sufficient not abundantly
