Hello Sir, I m planning to lease my dairy farm with 80 cows. Less than100 kms from devanahalli international airport.Average daily production of milk is around 800/ litre /day. 38 acres Land. Fully cultivated with cow sheds and necessary equipment. We are growing our own feed for cows. We have 4 bore wells. 4 servant qtrs and main house. We will be supplying milk to near by KMF Dairy. We can have our own dairy farm in the premises.We have a loan on this property but the lessee is not responsible. We are making timely payment. You can increase production to 2000 to 2500 litres per day. Sky is the limit. The average gross income will be around 8 to 11 lakhs per month. Lessee should pay for the equipment and animal cost to start with. We are not charging for immovable property like house, servant qtrs, cow shed, bore wells etc.Since the operator start making money from the day one, they need to pay monthly lease month ahead. We have our pvt residence there too. You should have between 20 to 30 lakh seed money to start with. This is not a mom and pop dairy. Well established dairy Farm. PLEASE REPOND IF YOU ARE SERIOUS AND HAVE MONEY. WE DONT LOAN OR CARRY NOTE OR NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF LENDING MONEY. YOU OPEN OUR BOOKS FOR VERIFY ONCE WE AGREED ON PRICE AND AMT.
We are looking lease around Rs 8000/acre per month and 3 percent increase every year. We may go lease for 10 years and above. We can discuss once we agree on basics. Only serious Enquiries pl. We will be ready to sign lease on end of this year or beginning of next year. u can reply to me
