Need 40-50 acres of waste land convertible to agricultural land with road facility.

Rate should be 30000 to 50000 per acre. Not more than 50000.

land can even be at Karnataka border but within karnataka.

3.Land under which village under Mandel'
4.in land any bore-well and any well are in this land
5.this land its connected to internal village road are village road
6.you will seal the land 40- 50 together are you can sale like ( 05+10+15)
7.which type of the land ( Red soil Are Black soil )

Land on Lease

I have about 150 acres of Tea Estate at Gallibeed Village near Madikeri in Karnataka. Adjoining the estate i have large area suitable for cultivation. If you are interested to take the land on lease please let me know.

If the land mentioned by you is for lease only am interested in taking it on
lease. Let me know the extent of land available, soil condition and lease terms.
Is water facility available.
