1.Assistant Manager
2. Field Officer
3. Supervisor

Must be a Graduate with 2 to 3 years experience in managing coffee , pepper and allied crops . .Experience in liasoning with government agencies a definite plus. Must be a self starter and highly motivated .
Emoluments include salary, accommodation and other benefits.
Experience in greenhouse farming will be a added benfit

I've thirty years plus experience in coffee plantations. I am a native of Kerala and at present I am settled in Mysore. I am willing to work as a Visiting Agent by coming to the estate once in a month and camp there for two-three days. Meanwhile, I can visit the entire fields, give a progress report and a work schedule to be carried out in the coming 30 days.
