Wanted Agriculture land near Bangalore

Hi,
Looking for 3 to 5 acres land between kanakapura to sathanur.If nearer to bangalore better. If you have any land which satisify the following requirements,send me a private message and i will give you a call.
1. Should be clear from encumerance,be from a general family basically should have proper records.
2. Soil should be of red in texture without too much rocks.
3. Should have good water source
4. the distance to the land from the main kanakapura main road should not be more than 3 to 4 kms.
5. Should have good road frontage.
6. I'm ok if nothing has been cultivated .

Only genuine sellers,and if brokers then please send me a message only if you have seen the land and can confirm the above requirements are met.
