Previous history of the land
The parent of this property (the original owner) is Late Abdul Kader Sahib. There was a famine in the village and so the original village by name Kalanayakanahalli was to be re- located so the State Government of Karnataka Dept. of Revenue converted this area of land for village use .From agricultural land to Non agricultural land (annulated land for housing purpose) during the year 1960. Late Abdul Kader Sahib sold the same said land to four different people making three smaller plots. In turn these three land owners built their houses and sold the remaining land of their back yard to the Roman Catholic Church, represented then by their Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. D’Mellow. Later his successor Rev. Fr Sebastian Fernandez purchased a small piece of land from one Ramahiah to consolidate the property and to bring it to proper shape & dimension. He later sold the said land to me. I in turn got these four parts of the property registered in one document. in the year 1986
