want to setup Ployhouse in punjab

Greetings!

i want to do some small scale investment in the agriculture. I am planning to have a small polyhouse. I want to know that

1. How much minimum land is required to set up polyhouse
2. how much investment i need
3. what is the annual payback
4. how many crops i can do in 1 year
5. is there any life of polyhouse? how long polyhouse lasts?
6. any good contractor in punjab who can setup this project for me.

2. Investment -- for budget purpose u can conider Rs. 600 per sq meter for naturally ventelated poly house, with mist system for cooling.
3. Pay back depends upon the crops u grow and market rate u can get.
4. More than one depending upon the crops u undertake.
5. The metal structure will have a very long life, the plastic might ave to be changed maybe once 3 years, this varies on climatic condtions.
