i have 20 acres of agri land in the beautiful vally of chikkamagalore.i want to sell it for very low price.this is having very good road ,water,bus facility.very near to shringeri temple.

Can you please furnish details about your farm lands' soil type, water source, electricity availability and the present crop grown.

Please mention the price per acre and refer to our website so you may find more prospective buyers of land interested in organic farming.

Kindly give the following info status of land:-
1. Present cultivation ? Is it yielding or young ?
2. Soil.
3. Number of bore well/well/irrigation arrangement that you have.
4. Number of owners.
5. Distance from Chikkamagaluru central bus stand.
