want to purchase land for goat farming in karkala,udupi dist. karnataka state

would you please guide me to purchase land for goat farming with the faccility of water and electricity and road at karkala taluk, udupi dist, in karnataka state. i need aroung 50 to 60 acre of land with reasonable price.

I have 12 acres land

Village Harji, Teh : Ahore, dist : Jalor.
15 hp electricity connectiobn with bore well. 2 km from village with approach road.
 

I want to sell my 64.06 bigha (10.37 hectare or 25.63 acre) agricultural land.

Agricultural Land towards Ahore > Takathgarh > Sumerpur Road.

It is 6 km from Ahore city towards Ahore > Takathgarh > Sumerpur main 150 ft Road.

We have700 bighas agriculture land available at Bhilwara in Rajasthan with good water level and black soul.
