Jatropha oil (feedstocks for Bio diesel)

We are based in Sri Lanka, as a SME independent company promoting and cultivating Jatropha, with a large number of poor farmers as out growers
who work with us a large team.
Several of the leading Indian companies guid us to be highly succesful in the project, who also supply seeds for germination.
Our project planned to grow about 10000 acres is yet in its initial stage at present, however, we write this submission with the hope of collaborating with you as a supplier in the future.
We hope to extract crude oil at village level under supervision and according to specification most ideal for Bio diesel production.
Since you are seriously involved in Bio fuel business, we believe, if would be
an opportunity to tie up with you, propable from year 2010 onwards.

Dear Soogil, I am too working on a Jatropha project in India. I am very happy to know that you want to purchase 5000 tons of jatropha seeds per month from India. At what price you want to purchase the seeds. Who will pay for the export duty and transportation and shipping, etc. What will be the net return to your business partner and the producer?
