Hi Once think Investing near Bangalore or in Andhra Pradesh near new capital (Vijayawada)

because Lands are now going cheap . Prices will be booming after 3 years because of new capital.

Having 3.0 acrs Land 35 kms from Athipally Land in Denkanikotta pice 7.25 lac per acr negotiable
3.5 acrs Land 40 kms from Athipally Land in denkanikotta price 5.75 lac per acr negotiable
