Want the information to become a farmer

Respected sir/mam,
I am from gujarat and i want to know the rules to become a farmer. My grandfather is farming but he does not have a farmer certificate so we can not buy an agriculture land. So please help me to solve this problem.

pl take a 7/12 of your grand father,s from talathi / patwari or mamledar office & put application to collector or sdm for leagle heairs of your grandfather

As per rules if your your grandfather is farmer so please to talati and ask for him pathinamu I am sure there is your name and aslo your father's name in 7/12 and aslo 8 A patrak.......
