You have to contact the department of agri. at your place . they will give an application and while filling you have enmclose the principal certificates of the pesticide companies from whom you want to buy and sell. these canbe taken from their distributors at the area level / preferential dealers. you have pay an amount along with the application to obtain the licence. prior to this you have to get state govt. sales tax numer from the commercial tax officer. at every level AnnA hazare is there to get the things okayed....or u can contact the local dealers abt the methodology.
