I am planning to buy an hectare of tea plantation in Nilgiris.
I would like to know the following information:

1) What is the average income which I can make from 1 acre tea plantation per year??
2) What would be the maintenance cost per acre??
3) How many laborers should I employ??
4) What would be the average wage per labor??
5) What is the current value of 1 kg tea leaves??

Would like to know more information about tea plantation.
Please assist me with these information.

The minimum income per acre will be around 21000 per acre.

the average income for one hectare is around 60,000/ annum. I am from coonoot in the nilgiris. and 1 hectare is never a viable option for a tea plantation. If u still need further detailc anll me Anand

I am a lawyer and I am talking on behalf of a client. he maybe looking for a large tea estate or mixed Tea Coffee etc. Any idea about present prices of land in Nilgiris/coonoor/Kotagiri area?
