Suggest on new venture

To all the experts,

I have about 40 acres of dry land with water facility. I would like to start some activity which yields some good returns.
I am also looking for plantation with preferably less labour activity. Can you suggest me some good plantation.
I have few in my mind. Can you give me your suggestion of these please?

1. Jatropha
2. alo vera
3. Stevia (Looks like very labour intensive)
3. Teak (long term)
