Suggest for set-up of multipurpose cold storage.

I am Er Nabal Kishore Pande wish to establish a multipurpose cold store .
The area I have chosen having the capacity of 150000 Mt potato production.
Suggest me the size of cold store. can I got full consultancy for it. Project formation to finance up to establishment.
Need of land for the project, if we joint other agri base industry with it please suggest.
