I dont have farming background. Going for cattle training of feb 2015. starting farm by june 2015

30 lakh investment initially i will buy land and take loan using that land

3 acer of land of 7 lakh 21 lakh
8 cattles of 20 lts yield 5 lakh
green house for grass with bamboo for hydroponic barley grass 1 lakh
1 shed capacity 15 cattels 800 sq ft cost may be 80,000 rs 0.8 lakh
2 sheet housing cost 50,000 each 1 lakh
water motor+ borewell + water tank + sanitation 1 lakh
electricity connection + wiring + motor 1 lakh
milking machine + cans + 1 month working capital 1 lakh
ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION bank inhouse 0.4 lakh
dry fodder will be prepared initial investment 0.3 lakh

DD i miss anything please give me suggestions
