Soil testing kit

I am doing the cultivation for the last 15 years by using same fertilisers (Gromor products) without testing the soil.

To test the soil can any one give the guidence on
1. Available kits in the market and how far its economical to hold
2.Any work shops would be conducted to have the basic idea to test the soil on our own.
