Shareholding opportunity in a corporate agriculture company

we are starting organic agriculture by forming corporate status initially as "private Limited' company limited by shares and adding shareholders to have a big strength. We have already procured around 25 acres of land at Kotagiri, Nilgiris district suitable for planting "coffee, pepper, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, durian fruits, etc. The company is going to be registered with Ministry of Corporate Affairs to avail all Government subsidy. All interested persons who can become shareholders can send their mobile or mail IDs so that we can send details after getting registered with Government.
