Seed processing unit

Hello,
Sir/Mam
I am going to establish a small seed processing unit,where i am planning to process vegetable seed,garlic seed,onion seed and some grain seed.i have been contacted with the farmers for this purpose and since last 2 years i am working on this.
The project cost i am planning approximately 20 lac.What the machinery i needed for this and where from.
