Sandalwood plantation
I am interested to know the basic idea about plantation of sandal wood, periodicity of maturity of plant, availability of siddlings, seeds, and type of soil and temperature required for this plant. What is commercial ouse of this plant.

Sandalwood cultivation
The sandalwood cultivation will requires mainly red soil with nominal water source.And the planting material will be well settled and stablised having the minimum height one of half - two feet .And also we must plant the hosting plants for providing nitrozine to sandalwood .With out hosting plant the sandalwood will not survive .because the sandalwood is semi parasite plant.Normaly the sandalwood plant allways depend on the hosting plants availiable nearly some 35 varieties in three grades.As per maintainence concern of the sandalwood tree is not a major things .Because its a jungle plant.Kindly avoid the application of inorganic fertilizers and pestcides.we will provide very good bucca fencing for the sandalwood cultivation.
