required farm land ( 10 acres) for cultivation & farming near kumbakonam/ thirubuvanam/ tanjore (or nearby)- urgent- land documents must be clear / title deed/ patta - no encumbrance / interested in genuine sellers only - brokers excuse - contact ragunathan / ganesh....

Dear saiorganicorchard ,

The land prices in Coimbatore Dist have Sky rocketed and a lot of former Agricultural land have been converted into factories and sites. As a result of this the land prices are at un-realistic levels. It would be almost impossible to find lands with the Price range of Rs.50,000 to 100,000 / Acre.
