Dear Sir,

We would like to sale our Agri land and detials as follow.

Land Type : Agriculture land - 3 acres

Type of Cultivate : We can cultivate garlic and all English vegetables.


Place : Village name is Kilavari Which is Belongs to Kotaikanal TK and Dindugal Dist. and it is 40km from Kodaikanal towards upper and very near Kerala Border just 5km ( we can see the Kerala border road on our land). For land we can reach by jeep from that village.

Usage : One part of land we have given to lessee to one Kerala person who cultivating Garlic and other part growing trees.

Water sources : Small water fountain is there that person ( lessee) utilizing the water from there for cultivate through generator ( no E.B Connection) but we can apply and get the same.

Bus route : Direct bus available from Periyakulam and Battalkundu to Kilavarai Via kotaikannal

Price : Total 12 Lacks.
