Rice bran oil process usually adopts rice bran pretreatment before oil extraction. Rice bran pretreatment contains rice bran-tips separation, softening and conditioning, expanding section. Rice bran oil expansion and softening can minimize the total loss of rice bran oil, improving oil yield during rice bran oil processing.
Rice bran expansion is usually designed equipping with following oil solvent extraction. The expanding rice bran oil can enlarge connecting area between rice bran and solvent. Rice bran oil extraction plant adopts no.6 solvent. Rice bran oil extraction equipment contains major equipment of oil extractor, evaporation and steam stripping equipment, DTDC high efficient desolventizer toaster. The final crude rice bran oil contains less than 0.1% solvent inside oil. The final edible oil is available after crude oil refinery process.
