Required information about money making farming

Dear sir/madam,
I have 5 bigha land in Rajasthan. I am thinking about cultivation of tulsi or aloe vera in that. Please tell me what is perfect as per economy, if any other beside of tulsi and aloe vera, please tell me.
Also i want about market for these.
