Land Required Require low cost land for organic farming in new collaborative farming concept within 250 kms of Coimbatore

Hi,
Wish you a good day.
I am looking for low cost land, with or without water / any soil for permaculture organic farming. We are a group of people trying to start Collaborative farming concept which is to buy lands near by and central management/planning to save cost and improve production. There is lot of requirement for land but we need low cost (less than 4L/acre) with potential to buy up to 100 acres.

3 acre land available in Coimbatore. 4 kms from heart of city. Just next to TN Agri University. Very fertile land

The water facilities are good.
We have one patch of 50 acres of land, one patch of 100 acres of land, and another patch of 200 acres of land.
