hai,
i am running three restaurants in coimbatore,tirupur,salem past three years.i bought 53 acre agri land last year and doing some agri activities also.i came to know good opportunity to open another restaurant in main place in coimbatore.i need 40 lakhs. i give my agri land for security.and repay to you daily 10000/-.
after completing my dues you return my land.bank can not accept agri land as security.so any one help.land value more than 4 crores.

Out of the business from these 3 restaurants you must getting more than that of Rs.10,000/-per day.

In addition to this out of 53 acre land doing some agri activities also and getting returns also.

Apart from this you required more? If yes, than you can satisfy yourself with only earning Money.

Why can't you offer your present restaurant as security to set up to open another restaurant in main place in coimbatore?

I think Local financiers who do pigmy collection on daily basis can come forward for giving 40 lakhs on their terms.
