I am working on to start a dairy farm which will be managed by my dad. I need some suggestions and recommendations about the following.
1. Most used cow breed in Palladam, coimbatore belt
2. Banks that offer subsidy for cow and milk equipments
3. Process to register the dairy
4. Can it be started in a small scale with subsidy?

1- Contact to your district animal & husbandry department. They give animals at subsidized price. That animal will be suitable for your area in terms of milking capacity & life. They also provide services like veternary aids + feed fodder assistance.
