I have heard from Aloe Vera Ayya - Aloe Vera expert for more than 30 years that he hasn't seen one yet and one can easily fake red by feeding some chemical to normal Aloe vera - do not remember the name of chemical. Will provide you the name of chemical if you are looking for it...
