Question- Mushroom Cultivation

Dear Sir,

I'm going to start a small scale mushroom cultivation firm. I would like to know the following before starting my new business:
1. whether the mushroom can be cultivated outdoor? If yes, then please let me know could it be possible to cultivation under the green teak wood of height 15-20 feet?
2. what are the factors effecting the mushroom cultivation like weather, insects etc. ?
3. Could it be possible to start this business in residential area? Does it spread any bad odor?
