Have you gone through any piggery management training ? If not then approach Directorate of AH& Veterinary, Chenikuthi, Guwahati or Assam Livestock Development Agency , Khanapara, Guwahati for the same .
Without on hand training you are simply not eligible for any financial help from govt schemes ( National Livestock Mission , Assam Milk & Meat Mission , NABARD etc. )
Approx . project cost for 5 unit stall fed ( 4 female + 1 male ) piggery in North-East / Sikkim
Capital cost : Rs 1.50-2.00 Lac
Recurring cost : Rs 50K-75K
Total cost : Rs 2.00-2.75 Lac
