Dear Sirs,

I am presently cultivating lemongrass with the intention of making tea bags out of it.

I am so interested in the business because there is no such tea in our markets presently.

I desperately need advice on how to properly grow lemongrass and process it.

It is worth mentioning that for now the business is going to be at a small scale as I want to start with two hectares.

lemongrass tea

After planting LG will be cut for first harvest in about 120-150days time. Thereafter at 60-70 days interval. Leaves and some portion of leaf sheath is cut and dried in shade so as to retain green color. These are cut in to fine pieces say tea size and put in bag. There are many herbs whic can be added to make it tasy and to inhance medicinal properties. You may write for cultivation details.
Thanks
